To ensure proper operation of the platform and efficient service delivery, your personal data may be stored and processed on servers located both in Europe and the United States, managed by technology providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
If you access the service from another jurisdiction, be aware that the information you provide may be transferred, stored, and processed outside your country of residence, including in countries that may not offer an equivalent level of data protection to that of the European Union. In such cases, we implement safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. How Long Will We Retain Your Data?
In general, your data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. Data may be stored for a longer period when legally required, remaining blocked and accessible only to competent authorities for the duration of applicable legal limitation periods. After such periods, the data will be deleted in accordance with applicable regulations.
Specifically, regarding content (text, images) uploaded by the User or Subscriber that is processed by the AI tool, the data will be kept in memory on our servers for a maximum period of 24 hours, the time required to provide the service. They are not stored on any permanent medium.
Additionally, Users or Subscribers should be aware that information may remain on the device where the application is installed, as well as in its local storage. It is the user's responsibility to uninstall the application and/or delete local device storage.

The User or Subscriber:
- Guarantees that they are over 14 years old and, in the case of subscription features, that they have obtained prior authorization from parents, guardians, or legal representatives. They also guarantee that the data they provide is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Is responsible for the accuracy of all data communicated and will keep the information properly updated to reflect their real situation.
- Is liable for any false or inaccurate information they provide.
